THE SNAP SOLUTION
To drive in-store visits and boost engagement, the Snap team designed a highly targeted direct mail campaign that combined a compelling incentive with interactive elements to create a seamless customer journey.
We developed a custom-branded popcorn kit, creatively packaged to spark curiosity and excitement. Each kit included three varieties of popcorn kernels and five gourmet seasonings to mix and match, making it a unique and desirable item. The direct mail piece invited customers to visit their nearest Comcast store location to claim their exclusive kit – encouraging foot traffic while positioning the store as a hub for exclusive perks and experiences.
To enhance the effectiveness of the campaign, we incorporated dynamic QR codes and strategic messaging, directing customers to learn more about the Xfinity Rewards Program and explore key offerings, particularly Xfinity Mobile services. By combining a tangible, high-value incentive with digital touchpoints, we ensured a frictionless path from direct mail engagement to in-store participation.
This multi-channel approach successfully increased customer engagement, strengthened brand loyalty, and drove in-store visits, achieving an impressive 2.9% response rate – outperforming company benchmarks.
